



Emergency Repairs: COMPLETE
- Address lower level flooding and mold infestation, new roof and flooring at a cost of $629,000.Phase 1: UNDER CONSTRUCTION
- Plans for an ADA compliant entry, elevator tower, and handicap access restrooms. The building will move toward becoming code compliant for accessibility and will include electrical, mechanical, and structural upgrades required to accept this phase of construction. Without architectural costs included Phase 1 will cost an estimated $1.2 million.Phase 2: PLANNING STAGES
- Continues ADA and public safety compliance issues and will include a system-wide electric service upgrade and fire alarm system, installation of sprinklers, installation of a roof-top HVAC, and storage and backstage areas renovation. Phase 2 is estimated to cost $965,885.Phases 3 and 4: PLANNING STAGES
- Address infra-structure upgrades and remodeling of unfinished and unfunded items from phase 2. These two phases will also include the repair and restoration of exterior masonry as addressed by the Stepping-Stone Initiative.
